Ideal nebulizer for surfaces where the precision of dispensing is indispensable.
Suitable for refrigeration components or for cleaning in series.
Consisting of: nebulizer, pressure adapter, spiral cable, dispencer and charger.
The nebulizer is equipped with a dispenser protection system and 20 ml recharge. is equipped with a magnet for safe backing.
For operation it is necessary to connect to a compressed air line equipped with a dedicated pressure reducer with drop separator, rated max. 2.5 bar.
It can also be connected to a portable compressor equipped with a dedicated pressure reducer with drop separator, calibrated up to 2.5 bar.
Installation notes
1) Unscrew the 1/8 “connectors, insert the swivel ring into the hose and insert the peg into the spiral hose. Make sure everything is inserted and close it securely with the ring nut. Warning: Use the teflon tape to seal the connector threads. Tighten all the parts with a fixed wrench or 9 mm fork to avoid damaging the fittings (flexible-adapter and flexible-pressure reducer).
2) Screw a flexible hose carefully to the pressure adapter. Screw the so prepared adapter into the nebulizer. Particular attention. This step must be done without any effort. In case of resistance, unscrew and repeat the operation to avoid damaging the adapter.
3) Screw the other end of the hose to the dry air line pressure reducer of the system.
Particular attention
The pressure reducer of your plant must be equipped with: drop separator, pressure gauge and pressure register. The operating pressure can oscillate from 2.5 to 3 bar. It is dangerous to increase the pressure.
4) Remove the cap and the peg from the bottle.
5) Insert the dispenser into the vial, after removing the peg protection tape applied to the dispencer.
Warning: Keep the falcon vertically while the dispencer is on.
6) Remove the cap of the dispenser tip cap and turn it over, applying a slight pressure on the bottle to facilitate product leakage, keeping it in place until the tip is impregnated. As soon as it drips, the dispencer is ready for use.
7) Insert the dispenser into the nebulizer, exerting a pressure for insertion until it clicks.
Attention: The dispencer must be inserted as indicated in the video.
Instructions for use and proper maintenance of the tool:
be careful to keep the nebulizer always with the tip pointing down during work. In the pause between one phase and the other, always place the nebulizer with the tip pointing downwards. At the end of the day, pull out the dispenser and close the tip with the supplied cap. At this stage the dispenser can be rested on the floor without removing the bottle.
Remove the vial only when it is depleted and proceed as in step 4 for a new recharge.
